Do I need technical skills to work with you?
Not at all. I handle the technical side. You just tell me what's frustrating or time-consuming in your day-to-day operations. I translate that into a working system and show you how to use it.
How long does a typical project take?
Payroll automations typically go live in 3–7 days. Apps and portals take 2–3 weeks. Larger projects span the full 4–8 week embed period. You'll never wait months for results.
What if the automation breaks?
I include 30 days of free support after launch. After that, I offer ongoing maintenance at a flat monthly rate, or I can document everything so your team can manage it. No lock-in.
What tools do you work with?
I work with whatever you already use: Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, Deputy, Employment Hero, Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, and hundreds of others through API integrations. If your tool has an API, I can connect it.
